Duju's non-alcoholic sparkling is crafted in France from organic Sauvignon Blanc grapes, honoring the craft of great wine. The fruit is fermented at low temperatures to retain primary flavors before gentle de-alcoholization via vacuum distillation. We intentionally focus on building texture and crisp acidity—two vital elements usually lacking in NA—to ensure a complex, sophisticated sip. The outcome is a truly clean taste that contains 25% less sugar than the average NA wine.
